Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and results driven individual to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the internal and external recruitment process, supporting our employee engagement through communication and appreciation events, managing employee data in the HRIS system, supporting accurate administration of timekeeping, payroll, and benefits. A Human Resources Generalist works with the team to ensure we are following our company's processes while living our purpose and values and adhering to safety and quality standards, ultimately creating and supporting our company culture.
