Description
Steelcase is hiring a Campus Recruiter to attract top talent to Steelcase's Internship program.
What you will be doing:
  • As part of The Campus Team, you will lead every aspect of the internship experience from sourcing candidates until the day they become a full-time employee or end their internship.
  • You'll promote Steelcase on target campuses and provide a holistic internship experience.
  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing prospective candidates, reviewing & screening resumes, to presenting top candidates to hiring manager and extending final offers.
  • Co-design new processes/policies.
  • Design and lead student experiences including Orientation and events for Steelcase students.
  • Grow the Steelcase brand on college campuses by hosting student group events and presentations.
  • Build & maintain relations with a diverse audience ranging from Steelcase employees and leaders across the organization as well as partner with college employees and candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Higher Ed preferred
  • Previous experience working for a College, Career Services or in University Relations is a bonus!
  • Passionate about attracting and advocating for students from a variety of backgrounds.
