Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The client seeks an organized and motivated construction professional to assist our project management team in running large commercial projects.
  • Primary job functions include permitting paperwork, submittal preparation, scheduling, contract preparation, and purchase orders.
  • Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and ordering parts.
  • Use software and tools to coordinate schedules and workflows.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22-25/hour

Hours: Full-time, M-F, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Length: Temp to Direct

Benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting industrial/commercial construction projects
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Coordinator

  • Background in administrative support.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient at multitasking.
