Salary: $100,000/yr. Schedule: Day shift Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for auditing and development by mastering AQUA's audit tools and development workbooks. Complete assigned projects, including auditing, development, and proposal generation. Participate in training auditors and junior development engineers. Engage in auditing and development of various ECM offerings. Provide guidance to junior engineers and exercise independent judgment in goal setting. Apply advanced technologies and engineering principles creatively. Manage safety, customer relations, and negotiations. Offer day-to-day leadership with excellent communication skills. Build a strong workforce and make sound decisions under pressure. Qualifications: 8 or more years of experience in ESCO Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development, and regulatory issues A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues Valid driver's license Ability to Travel up to 33% of the time This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
