Genesis10 is currently seeking an Product Owner with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Create the technology roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain Define and prioritize stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment Develop in the role of a Product Owner, possessing a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain Ability to gather and document technical requirements Requirements: 5-7 years of applicable Project Manager experience Banking or regulatory industry experience Seasoned technical analyst/project manager with experience in payments or complex solutions Relationship building with business product owner and stakeholders Desired Skills: Create and prioritize work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams Create and prioritize stories in the product backlog Refine stories with the team to ensure there are enough "ready" stories to load the next 1-2 sprints by documenting technical requirements Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
