- Design, configure, develop, and provide ongoing support of CRM applications including Slate, Raiser's edge, EAB Navigate;
- Install, configure, develop, maintain and support software applications that include third-party vendor solutions, cloud-hosted applications, and in-house developed applications;
- Prepare detailed software specifications working with business and academic users;
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and diagnose problems, evaluating results and resolving issues;
- Maintain and document software applications, job control procedures, process workflows, user interfaces, and new features of the university's enterprise application systems;
- Develop integrations between multiple systems;
- Respond to incidents, service outages, and service requests in a timely manner and collaborating with team members within the Information Services & Technology division, campus partners, and vendors;
- Provide technical support of enterprise applications;
- Support enterprise applications in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures;
- Maintain application security standards and implement application security controls for enterprise applications;
- Interact with vendors during evaluation, implementation, and operation/maintenance of vendor solutions;

- Perform in large-scale systems implementations;
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM developers as well as perform hands-on technical tasks, collaborate and guide the team to identify, analyze and fix technical issues and challenges;
- Ensure CRM systems integrity by performing periodic audits and maintain appropriate change control, test plans and code review documentation for audit purposes;
- Oversee the daily activities of the CRM team and liaison with team members, management, and campus partners to ensure the successful and timely delivery of project commitments;
- Identify and mitigate risks and form appropriate contingency plans;
- Participate in peer-reviews of CRM solution designs and related code. Work with team members in IST for migration of legacy applications;
- Ensure quality of deliverables by establishing and following best practices and standards; and
- Perform other duties assigned by the Assistant CIO and as needed, including readiness to support after hours and weekends.
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in the Related Occupation. Experience can be pre or post degree.

- Overseeing communication campaigns within Student Relationship Management systems to ensure proactive outreach to students at all stages of the enrollment funnel including responsibility for designing, building, testing, and maintaining all BRM campaigns as well as portals for prospective and admitted students. Measurement, analysis and reporting of results are also expected.
- Using Cognos, ODS, EDW and Microsoft Applications (including Excel, Access, etc.) to develop, analyze, and review reports to fulfill federal, state, and compliance and reporting requirements
- Coordinating the creation and/or updating of content on admission websites, web forms and social media including, but is not limited to, online application forms, prospect collection, event registration, and surveys. Working closely with the Office of University Web Services (UWS) to create reports that measure online activity (Google analytics) as well as evaluate the web presence.
- Assisting with the admissions operations including participation at admission/recruitment events (open house, admitted student day, virtual information sessions, etc.).
