The TPM Shift Coordinator is responsible for increasing TPM activities by all team members, specifically Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Focused Improvement (FI) pillars. This position works closely with the TPM Coordinator. The primary responsibilities are to be the lead coordinator of AM and FI activities on shift. This position is a leadership position and is expected to engage other operators in creating and maintaining an environment that encourages and empowers employees through skill development and TPM engagement and execution. The successful TPM Shift Coordinator will drive measurable results as seen in various KPIs and KAIs such as loss reduction (DT/ST), CILT completion %, Tag creation and closure %, OPLs created, AM master plan completion, etc. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
