Description

Project Management - New Customer Onboarding



  • Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, working closely with sales and account management teams to understand customer requirements and expectations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for customer onboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.


  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, marketing, production, logistics) to ensure a seamless integration of new customers into Kaneka operations.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounting, and customers to complete new customer documentation.
  • Coordinate with QA and CSR for shipping samples to customers.


Project Management - New Product Launch



  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials for new product development and production.


Materials Planning and Execution



  • Create and manage purchase orders to suppliers and co-manufacturers to support all material needed for production; including raw materials, finished products, repackaging, and re-blending.
  • Execute the physical inventory process at all co-manufacturers and 3rd party warehouses.
  • Initiate shipments within 3rd party warehouse portals to ship and receive raw materials.
  • Coordinate with QA and CSR to obtain and approve quality documents so CSR can effectively make finished products available to the customers.
  • Obtain the correct shipping documents from co-manufacturers so CSR can effectively make finished products available to the customers.
  • Facilitate inventory communications with all parties (Sales, co-manufacturers, customer service, quality) to ensure on-time deliveries of sales orders.

Qualifications
Education
Associates of Business Administration (preferred)
Experience
1 - 2 years: SAP (preferred)
1 - 2 years: Import / Export logisitics scheduling (preferred)
1 - 2 years: Material or procurement planning (required)
