Description

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding biopolymer products and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and deliver technical training to customers and internal teams
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support product knowledge and application
  • Collaborate with the sales team and Technology Laboratory to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions that meet those needs
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in biopolymer technology
  • Perform Kaneka 1 on 1 meetings as per KAH policy.
  • Support other Kaneka businesses as requested by management.
  • Participate in Company-related initiatives (i.e. Best Practices) as directed by management.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled training (i.e. Safety, IT) as requested by management.
  • Participate in local functions as needed.
  • Actively engage with digital platforms (i.e. SAP) to efficiently perform duties related to the Biopolymers business.

Qualifications
Education
Masters of Engineering (preferred)
Bachelors of Engineering (required)
Experience
3 years: Plastics processing or technical service (required)
