Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

As the Digital Print Shop Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up the press, finisher or inspection machine correctly to run jobs, maintain smooth operations to ensure quality labels are produced on a time, and keep the press, finishing and inspection areas clear of waste. With many opportunities to strengthen your skills as an operator and even to learn how to run other presses a variety of equipment, this is a great opportunity for someone with digital printing experience eager to grow your career!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure smooth operation and timely production line pace
* Collect and verify all materials stated on the job jacket to complete the next run
* Review of job work instructions and tickets
* Set up the finisher / inspection rewind machine properly for the job including blades, cores, and copy position
* General maintenance routines to ensure the press, finisher and inspection machine is running at optimal levels
* Adjustment of computer software settings for press specifications and quality needs
* Examination and quality checks of ink colors and color consistency in products

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 - 5 years technical and mechanical experience in printing/operating
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* HP Digital experience printing - preferred
* HP Certification Level I, II (series 3 Web Certified) - preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, stand, climb, and bend
* Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, grasp/clasp, and manipulate small items

* High attention to detail
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.02-$30.62*.Please note that thepayrangeprovidedis a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may varybased on factorsincluding but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
