Evening (United States of America)Location Job Description Performs nursing assessments utilizing a variety of assessment methods and/or area-specific tools. Identifies patient preferences and needs including motivation to learn. Evaluates and documents changes to the plan. Anticipates impending emergent situations and intervenes effectively. Communicates changes in patient status. Utilizes appropriate resources for referral or consultations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher preferred. Associates degree in nursing with equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of BSN. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Illinois. Lurie Children's will consider visa sponsorship of qualified candidates for the registered nurse role, subject to all applicable law as well as business and budgetary limitations.
