Keysight Global IT's Digital Productivity Solutions organization is digitally enabling the productivity of employees and teams that work anywhere, collaborate globally, and innovate regularly. This position will be part of Keysight's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, helping to deliver and maintain industry leading solutions in line with IAM Guiding Principles:

  • Provide secure and easy access to required resources
  • Enable least privilege principle by limiting access to only those resources that users require to do their job
  • Provide solutions that reduce complexity for end users while providing enhanced security
  • Enable users to collaborate across business functions and beyond
  • Provide improved visibility to who has access to what, when and for what reasons, and
  • Provide improved security, auditing, and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities
  • In this role you will support and help build and support the IAM portfolio strategy and roadmaps, considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Work with their team members to enhance the security of our corporate environment by developing processes and implementing technology around user identity and access management
  • Analyze, design, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Active Directory in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted environment
  • Implement, execute, and support critical IAM processes, including overall identity management, access management, provisioning/de-provisioning, user onboarding/offboarding, privilege access management (PAM), identity, governance, and administration (IGA), MFA, SSO, GPO, CAP, etc
  • Manage and troubleshoot all aspects of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • Must have hands-on experience managing and maintaining AD, GPO, ADSS, ADCS, DNS, DHCP, EntraID, AAD Connect, RBAC, Intune, Azure App Proxy, Conditional Access, Privileged Access, and Microsoft Security Stack.
  • Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
  • Proactively identify potential threats, exploit attempts, and other security events related to Directory Services and IAM & make recommendations and/or take action to mitigate identified issues as appropriate
  • Actively contribute to and participate in security incident response as needed
  • Work with internal Security teams to remediate critical security findings as they relate to identity
  • Work with internal stakeholders to implement appropriate role-based access controls for access within the organization
  • Provide ongoing operational support to ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly
  • Identify and implement opportunities for technology, automation, and security enhancements for IAM functions
  • PowerShell - Create, modify, execute.
  • Lean/Smarter IT- have a mindset of innovating/automating IT solutions/processes.
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Collaborate and work across globally diverse teams and different time zones

Qualifications

The following qualifications will make a candidate stand out:

  • Previous work experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Privileged Access Mgmt (PAM) and Identity, Governance & Admin (IGA) tools
  • Previous success with Identity and Access Management and Governance processes and projects.
  • B.S. degree in a computer science, information technology, computer related discipline or 4 years IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment
  • Self-motivated with proven continuing education to strengthen skill-sets
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical language
  • Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in partnering with business stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers to fulfil needs and sustain world-class solutions
  • Be a strong team player and collaborator - willingness to share ideas, documentation, and best practices

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Colorado pay range: MIN $103,000- MAX $172,,000

California Bay Area pay range: MIN $122,000 - Max $204,000

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region

This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program
