We are looking for a skilled and committed Area Lead to join our Semiconductor Reliability Lab team. As the Area Lead, you will oversee the processing of integrated circuit (IC) packages through stress testing and maintain meticulous records. Your collaborative approach will be essential as you work closely with your supervisor, engineering, maintenance, trainers, and fellow operators.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities-

  • Process IC packages through stress testing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve output and quality goals.
  • independently manage tasks related to package preparation, stress testing, and data collection.
  • Handle delicate products from test stations to record-keeping stations.
  • Adhere to strict time schedules specific to each product.
  • Provide critical data to the engineering team for long-term quality assessments of ICs and diodes
  • Monitoring Reliability Team Progress: Ensure that the Reliability team remains aligned with priorities and responds effectively to demand.
  • Protocol and Procedure Oversight: Verify that the Reliability Team adheres to the correct protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain error database to ensure logs flow smoothly

Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Adaptability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or reliability testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with reliability analytics is a plus.
  • Steady Hand
  • The Ability to work in an ESD environment
  • Proficiency in operating semiconductor testing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under a microscope

Pay Range:

USD $58,610.00 - USD $97,680.00 Year
