As the Global HR Labor and Compliance Program Manager, part of your responsibilities will be leading the ongoing design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Keysight Labor Management System (KLMS) to uphold human rights and labor commitments and standards. This role requires a deep understanding of human rights frameworks, labor laws, and corporate social responsibility principles, along with strong program management and advocacy skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives to drive impactful and sustainable change. You will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and completing various human rights and labor focused projects to ensure on going alignment to industry standards and promoting Keysight's commitment to human rights and labor principles and practices. This role will also partner closely with our Export Compliance Team and Legal to ensure global export compliance. The role requires deep understanding and attention to detail to ensure policies, training, communication and programs are compliant and current. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.
