You'll be a key leader in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring business resilience. This role demands a deep understanding of the evolving cyber threat landscape and a keen ability to strategize, build, and lead a high-performing CSIRT team. You'll collaborate closely with Security leadership, IT, and other key partners to proactively detect, respond to, and mitigate cybersecurity incidents.

• Strategic Vision: Partner with Security leadership to define and drive CSIRT Operations' strategic vision, operational plans, and success metrics, aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Partner Engagement: Build strong partnerships across the organization, crafting continuous feedback loops that allow the CSIRT Operations team to understand evolving business needs and prioritize security solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring efficient event handling processes, from triage and investigation to containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Technology Adoption: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and tools, evaluating and implementing security technologies to enhance our CSIRT capabilities.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement, conducting reviews and driving the evolution of the CSIRT operations team's response capabilities.
• Communication and Reporting: Represent the CSIRT in executive reviews and ensure regular communication, updates, and follow-ups on incident response activities and key performance indicators.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Consistent record of developing and improving operational processes, implementing metrics, and driving quality assurance initiatives within a security or IT environment.
• Experience leading and escalating security incidents, conducting investigations, and coordinating response efforts across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team, fostering a collaborative and impactful environment.
• Solid understanding of incident response methodologies, security tools, and industry best practices.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical partners.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on metrics and insights.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and driving operational excellence within the CSIRT.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
