While reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the safety, quality, productivity, material handling, and cost performance of the plant. What you'll be doing: Scheduling shifts employees Meeting/exceeding performance metrics expectations Direct continuous improvement initiatives Support Quality initiatives Driving employee satisfaction This position is located in Morganfield, We'd love to hear from you if: You have supervisory experience in Manufacturing You have a passion for innovation You have experience and enjoy supporting an amazing team You are an individual looking to advance with a preferred bachelor's degree or applicable experience.
