Position Summary:

In the Supplier Success Manager position, you'll serve a critical role in ensuring the health and success of DSSI's supplier accounts. Focused on relationship-building, system and offering knowledge, and analytics behind the scenes, the SSM empowers DSSI's suppliers to drive positive change in their organizations and get the most value from DSSI. Responsible for the supplier experience from onboarding through maturity, you're the primary point of contact and escalation for the entire account and are uniquely positioned to provide outrageous supplier service along with delivering superior value to both the supplier and the provider organizations.

  • Applies AI and Technology - Identifies opportunities to boost efficiency and add value using AI and tech. Embraces and applies digital innovations and tech solutions to build business. Eagerly learns and integrates new technologies where they matter most.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing suppliers. Blend supplier success goals with offering and business goals to drive a powerful, strong and growing supplier/DSSI relationship.

  • Keep suppliers happy, engaged and growing as part of the DSSI ecosystem.

  • Be the face of the supplier to our internal team, and the face of our business to the supplier.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the DSSI system, features and offering, and match supplier needs and goals with our tools and features.

  • Leverage supplier and system analytics to drive system penetration and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

  • Guide suppliers and internal team members through various stages of the supplier journey including onboarding, development and maturity.

  • Negotiate contracts, facilitate onboarding and reverse marketing of new suppliers to ensure each is seamlessly integrated into the DSSI platform.

  • Use and improve supplier journey, supplier health and other internal benchmarking and action-driving tools and approaches.

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and others to assist in executing new product launches, initiatives and processes; share the voice of supplier and market perspective as appropriate.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or other related field

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success, Supply Chain, Account Management or Sales experience in a Saas organization

  • Proven track record of working in a supplier-facing role establishing strong relationships and delivering on business goals

  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 15% of the time

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Experience in contract negotiations and management
