The Network team is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in managing relationships and coordinating activities between the REIT relations team and various internal stakeholders. This role focuses on facilitating cross-departmental support and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist network-wide teams with access and badging in both internal and external applications, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Review fiber route architectures to create comprehensive internal documentation in Salesforce and support the development of Salesforce processes related to REIT assets.
- Review and manage REIT invoices, addressing disputes related to inaccurate billing to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Accurately track departmental deliverables and conduct data mining to support decision-making and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate preliminary pricing for REIT assets and generate, manage, and deliver REIT-based orders both internally and externally.
- Participate in daily and weekly internal and external calls to understand customer needs and priorities, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams.
- Understand departmental objectives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, documentation, and reporting processes.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in telecommunications preferred.
- Experience in access planning, network provisioning, or network planning is highly valued.
- Proven skills in negotiation, customer service, and relationship building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-demand environment, balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
