Overview:

Do you have analytical skills and experience with systems and technology? If so, the HRIS Analyst at Connection might be your next career move! The HRIS Analyst works within the Human Resources team and is the go-to person for all HR systems at Connection; these can include UKG, Workforce Management, iCIMS, Cornerstone and PayFactors. The person in this role should love data as they will also extract people data from these HR systems and develop compelling and accurate dashboards and summaries and provide analysis in trends and patterns in the data. Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and solutions for Human Resource Information Systems, include design, development, testing, maintenance, of UKG, WorkForce Management, iCIMS, Cornerstone and Payfactors.
  • Participate in project scoping, implementation, testing and migration of new HR systems.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests. Provide data to requesting parties in organized and efficient format to assist users with analysis and interpretation.
  • Working in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other systems to design and produce dashboards, presentations and other data sharing methods from analyzing people data obtained from multiple HR systems.
  • Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR system use and data.
  • Provide daily system support and troubleshooting for Payroll Department to ensure payroll processing is timely.

Requirements:

  • A strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent, high-level Excel skills; Access skills a plus.
  • Previous background configuring and implementing systems; UKG or other payroll system configurations a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills; the ability to analyze data and tell a story from it.
