Responsible for supporting the evolution of our enterprise workforce planning, including the development and implementation of scalable tools and practices that enable our Business, Finance and HR partners to develop a blueprint reflective of the Talent strategies necessary to ensure the organization has the right mix of Talent to meet the organization's future goals. This role will contribute to advancing our workforce planning methods & tools and ensure key stakeholders involved understand & know how to contribute to effective workforce planning. Another primary focus will be on drawing & interpreting data from our reports/ dashboards to extract meaningful insights that may influence the organization's future workforce needs. This role will partner closely with our HR leaders, Talent partners and People Insights/ Analytics team members to collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to inform focus areas/ guide the development of Business' workforce plans that align with the company's strategic direction. This role will also help monitor & track performance to plans and identify where adjustments may be required. The Assistant Director will report to the Sr. Director Workforce Planning & Analytics and sit on the People Insights & Enablement team. We will count on you to:
