As our Senior Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader of our Housing unit. You will oversee our staffing, budgets, marketing, public relations, and properties with ease and confidence. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience. Minimum Field of Expertise: Management experience in housing, residential, and/or University environment. Ability to lead, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate employees. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of applicable federal, state, local, and University laws and policies. Budget development and control experience. Valid CA driver's license required. Position will participate in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Pull Notice System.
