This position reports to

Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Shift: Monday - Friday (3:15pm - 11:45pm)
Repairing molds and tooling while keeping tight tolerances +/-.001"
Read and understand engineering drawings
Fabricate tooling from engineering drawings
Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances, using measuring instruments such as: dial indicators, gauge blocks, thickness gauges, and micrometers
Perform quality checks, interpret, and react to projects in a timely manner
Take proactive ownership and responsibility for product quality after fabrication

Qualifications for the role
  • High School diploma/GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3 - 10 years' experience or similar environment
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Knowledge and understanding of the various types of production equipment
