Facility Operations Job Description
Area surveying - Tour all buildings at least once a year to make sure maps are up to date. This entails walking entire building and confirming room size, usage (i.e. office, classroom, conference room, etc.), floor type (i.e. carpet, surface, wax able, etc.) Workload data entry in Janitorial Manager program. Room number and type, square footage, floor type, frequency that room is cleaned and tasked performed by room. Attend/Conduct work loading meetings with Management and supervisors to review information entered into janitorial manager program to make sure all information is correct and processes are working. Track, monitor and update all mapping, employee information by zone, special map creation and date as requested by management. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Shift
6:00 a.m. - 2:30:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
A valid driver's license which will allow the legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri is required. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office. One-year custodial field related knowledge and techniques is preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range
