OverviewMicrosoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the organization behind building the Microsoft cloud. Within CO+I, the CO+I Engineering team is responsible for delivering engineering ecosystem for the datacenter capacity delivery and operation for Microsoft's cloud. Inside of CO+I Engineering, Central Program Management and Design (CPMD) is the centralized PM and Design organization driving product strategy, roadmap and, along with the engineers, delivering the products and services to support Microsoft cloud growth. We are looking for a Pricipal Technical Program Manager that will drive software solutions for lease supply demand management transformation and lease portfolio management. You will work with business stakeholders to define to-be business processes and business requirements. You will deliver engineering specification to the software development team and ensure the programs are successfully delivered with desired business outcome. You should have knowledge and past experience in delivering distributed systems, as well as working with cross function business stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesYou will identify complex opportunities and gaps across multiple product and service feature areas, then collaborate with other departments to evaluate opportunity, define solution options, and come up with a roadmap.You will partner with engineers, architects, business and data scientists to discover groundbreaking solution. You'll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.You'll establish benchmarks for success and forge partnerships to execute features within intricate, multifaceted projects.You will deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage governance programs.You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch. You'll also lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements.Embody our Culture and Values | |
