Job Summary

The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine is currently seeking a Research Analyst II to join our team of professionals.

Duties include:

  • Supports activities related with student educational data analysis, evaluation, interpretation, and reports.
  • Participates actively and hands-on in new data collection activities, and supports other research activities.
  • Supports process of creating new surveys instruments/questionnaires, during periods of data collection, provides ongoing monitoring of the data collection process, conducts record keeping and assists with maintaining the documentation system.
  • Provides direct support to research using REDCap, Qualtrics, etc.
  • Supports activities related with data management, queries and specialized or specific request for data summary statements by the Department members.
  • Collaborates with other data research activities (such as previously collected information data process and analysis) performed by the department.
  • Mentors HWCOM students in small groups by collaborating with teaching activities carried by the Division. Demonstrates to HWCOM students the steps related to the data analysis processes, concepts and methodologies. Supports HWCOM students in their understanding of the processes of data cleaning, data preparation and data management.
  • Participates in data analysis reviews and activities with the HWCOM students and postgraduate students at affiliated and partner institutions as part of the evidence-based curriculum and the MDR 7910 course.
  • Maintains confidentiality, adheres to required security measures, and performs duties with attention to the highest levels of information protection.
  • Performs related duties as required or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and two (2) years of related experience, or a Master's degree.
