Job Summary

The Center for Children and Families office is looking for a 20- 40 hour per week Temp Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will:

  • Support a federally funded program of research focused on youth anxiety and sleep supervised by PIs McMakin and Mattfeld. Broadly, duties include data collection and recruitment as well as adherence to IRB protocol.
  • Assists with data collection (e.g., clinical assessments, MRI, polysomnography, actigraphy, and cleaning). Data collection may require early morning and evening study visits.
  • Assists with recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Attend weekly Miami Site team meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are related to the position.
  • May interact with non-English speakers in the community.
