Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & Subscription Specialist to join our corporate team.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Generate net new demand across the business using Pavion's Martech platform tools.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Hubspot Specialist, and Communications Specialist to drive demand generation initiatives.
  • Ensure lead volumes meet objectives and manage conversion through all stages: MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead), SQL (Sales Qualified Lead), opportunity creation, and booking.
  • Align with Pavion sales leaders on targeted geo and industry verticals to drive net new logo customers
  • Manage Pavion Subscription Services Program, including training the sales team and delivering strategic customer presentations.
  • Serve as Pavion's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Subscription Program.
  • Understand and present financial and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to customers.
  • Track Pavion's subscription funnel, monitor renewals, and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Provide pricing and proposals for subscription opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to optimize demand generation and conversion.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and other departments to improve lead conversion efficiency and pipeline development.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead conversion.
  • Strong understanding of Martech platforms and tools, especially Hubspot.
  • Proven ability to manage demand generation campaigns, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess performance metrics and adjust approaches.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
