Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Installation duties to include full installation tasks for new fire alarm, burglar alarm, CCTV, nurse call, and access control systems
  • Specifically, the candidate must have ability to install new conduit, wiring, field devices, control panels, DVR's/NVR's, etc. as per NFPA 70 & NFPA 72
  • Candidate must also have industry knowledge/experience to complete basic system programming and commissioning


Basic Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or Technical School Certification w/ Low Voltage Electronics
  • 3-5yrs experience in the alarm/IP/access control industry
  • PC skills with using Microsoft office and has successfully used alarm manufacturers software to program systems (i.e. Notifier Verifier Tools, Bosch RPS, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record


Preferred Qualifications:



  • NICET Level II - FAS
