Location: This position will be on-site full-time in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The position holder will need to be within commuting distance (within 45 min). Janitor Summary: Responsible for the daily inside cleaning of the facility, assisting with outside facilities maintenance and the processing of scrap materials. Janitor Duties and Responsibilities: Helps to maintain professional appearance of outside facilities and grounds; landscaping, parking lot, cleanliness, in conjunction with outside contractors and maintenance. Inspects and performs daily inside facility cleaning per prescribed check lists. Maintains cleaning supplies inventory. Processes / bails scrap foam materials. Processes trash / rubbish from around and inside the building. Assists production when required and trained to do so. Performs all other duties as assigned or needed. Janitor Qualification Requirements: High School/GED or previous experience of six months or more. Ability to follow guidelines and prescribed cleaning checklists.
