We partner with Product Management and UX Design to take our customers' content supply chain needs from dream to reality. We work in an Agile environment, estimate assignedwork, provide task breakdowns and implement features. Engineers are also encouraged to help identify dependencies and risksfor the group, being a planning consultant to the project managers,recommending improvements to our engineering practices, and helping other specialists become more proficient in solving specificproblems.

What you'll Do

  • Meet with your team and tell them the amazing things you didyesterday and what unspeakably incredible things you willcomplete by this time tomorrow.

  • Build new features using our development technologies that willdelight and inspire marketers, IT professionals, and otherknowledge workers worldwide.

  • Brainstorm the efficient design of an ideal user experience for avariety of unrealized features identified by our Product friends.

  • Or propose some ideas of your own!

  • Collaborate with other software engineers to find the best way to test your work, ensuring that it works as advertised and willcontinue to work and perform at a mass scale

  • Provide your well-considered opinions on the creation andmodification of our technology roadmaps.

  • Put your sprint work down and pick up your passion. Each weekyou'll have half a day to work on what you find important.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent four-year degree

  • 2+ years experience building systems that perform at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability building complex Web apps (React &Node.js)

  • Knowledge of other technologies in we use (Docker, MongoDB,Kafka, git, pub/sub architecture, AWS, GCP, etc.) is encouraged.

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of ownership for the entireSDLC; including QA, build, CI/CD, and support of productionsystems.

  • Be able to speak to a time when you dove into someone else'scode and optimized it without rewriting the whole thing.

  • Ability to describe concepts and whiteboard designs dealing withhigh-availability

  • Experience researching solutions to problems and pitching yourideas to senior team members.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,100 -- $166,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
