In one year as our Strategic Advisor, you will know you were successful if you are:

• Analyzed and comprehended the interrelationships between different business functions to ensure alignment with MISO's mission, vision, and values.
• Worked with business partners to develop Strategic Priority Objectives (SPOs) and ensured they align with corporate goals.
• Used analytics, data visualizations, and narratives to support informed decision-making across different levels of the organization.
• Identified opportunities for improvement and took initiative to recommend solutions in a timely manner.
• Established and nurtured relationships with business partners, becoming a trusted advisor for strategic initiatives.

We are looking for people who are....

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual conferencing platforms (Webex, Teams, Zoom).

What we would like you to have:

• Energy industry experience
• Strong strategic development skills, excellent communication abilities, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, project management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
