What you'll gain: As a Sales Customer Engagement: Assisting in identifying and engaging potential customers through various sales channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Sales Support: Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Lead Generation: Helping to generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline. CRM Management: Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and sales progress. Product Knowledge: Gaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers. Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support sales initiatives.
