DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position you will monitor and evaluate a diverse portfolio of service contracts to uphold the welfare and safety of children under our care. This includes monitoring the timeliness and appropriateness of referrals to ensure children receive necessary services promptly and tracking the outcomes, successes, and failures of contracted services through databases and random sampling methodologies. You will be responsible for analyzing data trends to identify areas for improvement, inform decision-making processes with contracted providers, and ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulatory standards, and best practices in child welfare.
Additionally, this role will respond promptly to complaints and concerns, investigate complaints thoroughly, document findings, create corrective action plans as necessary, and take appropriate follow-up actions. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential as you will also collaborate with stakeholders and other quality assurance positions to gather input, develop budgets, and foster collaborative discussions. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional level experience in the field of children, youth and families; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
