Job Overview: Train, supervise and work with all Chefs' staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products. Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annual salary Responsibilities and Duties: * Assigns, in detail, specific duties to all employees regarding efficient operation of kitchen. Monitor staff performance, product quality and production flow, foster improvement where necessary. Audit food storeroom items and storage to maintain quality products to ensure adherence to all health code requirements. Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness throughout kitchen(s) including walk-in and reach-in boxes. Specific Job Knowledge and Skills: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
