The Role

Atlas Copco is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the Zone Manager (Motor Vehicle Industry)

Some additional responsibilities may include:



  • Develop strategic partnerships with customers in the territory to drive profitable growth.
  • Real-time assessment of our business position in automotive manufacturing facilities (and their suppliers) in the territory (i.e, SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer input, competition, etc.)
  • Creation of a sound business plan and on-going activity plan
  • Execution of all MVI sales processes and strategies
  • Development of complete customer satisfaction in all MVI accounts
  • Formal introduction of all new products to MVI customers with customer-specific value focus
  • Reporting all product needs and competitive activity to Product Marketing
  • Development of new accounts & maintenance of existing accounts


What we expect of you:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Sales Engineering, Automation Sales, or Industrial Tooling Sales preferred
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude required
  • 3+ years' experience traveling to customer locations in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • 2+ years' experience conducting product demonstrations or presentations preferred
