1100-1101 * Full-Time/Regular Metro is seeking a Customer Service Rep II to be the next member of our Customer Service Team. Our people are at the center of our success. We share a passion for satisfying the customer, innovation, ethics and integrity, and continuous improvement. This is not a call center environment. There is no "script". You will develop relationships with your assigned customer base and solve issues based on the market and product knowledge you obtain. You will interface with customers via phone calls, email, and chat. Customer volume will be high. Primary Responsibilities: The Customer Service Rep II provides consistent, exceptional support of daily activities with customers, sales representatives, internal customers and department members in maintaining proper level of service. This position has assigned territory responsibilities.
