Management Analyst, Journeyman

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, Computer Science or IT discipline
• Minimum three years of experience, prefer at least three of those years of experience must include supporting military programs

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Navy C4I systems is preferred

• Designs systems and procedures
• Conducts work simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
