Primary Responsibilities:
HDR's Interior Design Coordinator will: assist Senior Interior Designers with evaluations, selections and applications for interior design concepts, utilizing programming, functional analysis, and space planning principles; perform interior design assignments including conceptual and schematic design; select interior details, materials, colors, furniture and furnishings, lighting design, space planning and detailing; apply design principles in development and preparation of presentation drawings and construction documentation; clearly present and explain design concepts to supervisors and other team members, taking direction when needed; generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections for construction phase; and interpret plans and specifications using knowledge of interior code requirements, construction administration procedures, and electrical/HVAC systems. The expected compensation range for this position is $89,606.00 - $$109,250.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
