Job Description Corewell Health Urgent Care/Walk In Clinic is looking for an experienced (1-3 years) Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their practice at the South Pavilion Urgent Care as well as the Walk In Clinic's located in Hudsonville and Wyoming caring for patients across the generational spectrum. The urgent care group is 60+ APPs strong plus a handful of physicians. As a provider in these spaces you will be credentialed at multiple locations and will typically work at 2-3. Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants required as we care for patients of all ages. Team-based care is supplemented with medical assistants, radiology technicians, practice managers and access to consult all specialties for the Urgent Care Space. Urgent Care Hours will be 8am to 8pm while the Walk In Clinic Hours will be 9am to 7pm Essential Functions
