Senior Cost Estimator

C & G is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to develop cost estimating products in support of program budget submissions, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions, sensitivity analyses, or program reviews.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  Provides Estimate at Completion (EAC) status updates associated with construction cost contracts, develops Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCE), provides validation of Navy and Industry-developed cost reduction initiatives, and collaborates with other Program Offices or team members to perform cost related studies across platforms.

  
  

Education/ Experience Requirements:

• 
  

  A Bachelor's Degree; Masters Degree preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  15 years professional experience in the Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment field.

  
  
• 
  

  15 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding programs, Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment experience preferred.
