JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Schuylkill is accepting applications for a Part-Time Penn State Schuylkill LionLaunch Coordinator. LionLaunch, powered by Penn State, is a part of Invent Penn State (IPS) and supports innovative and entrepreneurial skills of students, faculty, staff, and the community, primarily in Schuylkill County. This will be accomplished through community facing business and education programs and collaborative projects between Schuylkill LaunchBox, Downtown Shenandoah, Inc., local chambers of commerce and workforce and economic development organizations. These collaborations may lead to potential internships and employment opportunities for students, successful business starts, as well as potential corporate training opportunities for business partners. This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances: CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS: Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
