Scope:

We are seeking a self-motivated Process Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025 at our Stafford Springs Division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive our technology forward. While specific projects will be determined closer to your start date, your responsibilities will generally include:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test electrical systems and components.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to innovative solutions for real-world engineering problems.
  • Assist in the development of prototypes and the execution of testing protocols.
  • Support senior engineers in analyzing data and preparing technical reports.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Complete a final presentation to the site leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, or Electrical preferred)
  • Anticipated graduation date no later than December 2026
  • Strong foundational knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and design principles.
  • Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., MATLAB, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Python, C++)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
