JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for aiding various departments within the Company in financial inquiries, maintaining financial decision support tools, tracking revenue with models and processes, and working with software to provide reports.

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for aiding various departments within the Company in financial inquiries, maintaining financial decision support tools, tracking revenue with models and processes, and working with software to provide reports.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  1. Maintain current financial decision support tools for executive management.
  2. Prepare internal financial and external financial statements and reports.
  3. Support department month-end close process, support the finance and sales department on revenue inquiries.
  4. Work with software to provide reporting and analysis for monthly financial activity.
  5. Perform annual budget process responsibilities.
  6. Provide and aid in client/service revenue analysis.
  7. Perform Accounts Receivable functions such as invoicing, cash application and analysis
  8. Act as a resource for Finance, Accounting and Sales teams.
  9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  11. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
  12. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data -- this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.

COMPENSATION

The salary for this position is $60K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
