Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$30.32 - $39.42 / hour

This position represents the project Owner and is responsible for the management of construction projects and the administration of construction project contracts. The Owners Representative/Contract Administrator oversees the project from inception including design, construction and turnover to the operating staff and ensures that established project goals and objectives are met. As the Owner's Representative, this position manages the design and construction team firms including oversight of the functional and aesthetic components of the facility design and construction. The Owners Representative must stay abreast of all Federal, state and other regulatory changes and maintain current knowledge of new technology systems and procedures through attendance at conferences, seminars, classes, professional journals, electronics research, etc. This position reports to the System Vice President, Ambulatory Services and is considered to be exempt. This position may represent Lee Physician Services on System Committees and to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
