Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst with our financial services client. This is a 12 month + contract to hire position that pays $76-79/hr W2 depending on experience and you must work on our W2. This Business Anslyst position requires 5+ years of ServiceNow ITSM module experience. Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders and product management to gather, document, analyze, and prioritize requirements Monitor end-to-end delivery & clear blockers of requirements by collaborating with development staff, quality assurance functions and stakeholders Partner with product & process owners to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and get buy in from senior stakeholders Analyze new use cases and work with architecture on proof of concepts / solutions Ensure that management receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication Contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management Required Skills ServiceNow experience, more module experience the better 5+ years' experience working as a business analyst on enterprise applications Agile experience ServiceNow ITSM module 10 + years of technology experience preferred 8+ years of experience acting as a Business Analysis working with enterprise application(s) supporting 20K+ user base 5 years of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) CMDB / CSDM data models Service Catalog / Service Portal ServiceNow SDLC (management of Stories, Epics, Defects, etc. BA or BS degree in either Business or Technical field Excellent communication skills & the ability to develop clear written materials Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, vision to senior leadership to reach consensus Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL v3 or v4 knowledge) Ability to manage vendor relationships Preferred skills Helpful to have ServiceNow Admin Certification Experience with the Risk module within ServiceNow If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
