As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; and procuring drugs. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.

Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position will provide coverage for staff PTO or supply additional coverage up to 19 hours/week or a minimum of 4 hours/month.

Starting Pay: $20-$23/hour (based on related work experience)

About the Facility: Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenixis a licensed, acute care behavioral hospital that provides a safe, nurturing environment for the treatment of complex mental health and substance abuse issues. We offer innovative, customized inpatient treatment programs, customizing our care based on your individual needs and preferences. Our compassionate, expert treatment is designed to help you move past your illness or addiction and take back control of your life. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. After hours and weekend coverage is provided by remote telepharmacy services. The pharmacy utilizes Pyxis and HCS.

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current Arizona Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
  • Experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
  • Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
  • Effective communications skills, verbal and written


Hospital Requirements (may be required):



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
  • COVID Vaccine-Full
