Material Handler - US - Apex, NC

The Blueprint (Role Profile)

Execute forklift operations and loading/unloading in a distribution warehouse environment

The Build (Responsibilities)

* Use an RF scanner to complete transactions within Warehouse Management System (WMS)

* Operate a forklift or powered pallet jack to pick, move, stack, and stage product and materials

* Use forklift or powered pallet jack to move pallets to designated areas

* Continuously lift and move up to 50-lb containers

* Perform basic mathematical calculations

* Follow safety regulations

* Perform other related duties, as required or directed

* All other duties as assigned

The Toolbox (Qualifications)

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma/GED or equivalent

* Ability to consistently lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs

* Ability to consistently move in a full-range of motion

* Ability to stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience driving a forklift and/or pallet jack

* Previous distribution or warehouse experience
