Description The MARC Pension System Account Manager is responsible for the implementation and support of the MARC pension administration system. MARC is a defined benefit pension calculation and administration system. The Account Manager assists with new client implementations and provides support for existing client systems. The Account Manager may be expected to pursue continuing education by taking and passing professional examinations. In this role, both technical and project management skills are utilized. This is a client-facing role. Some travel may occasionally be required. MARC is a pension administration system that is customized and used directly by our clients to administer their defined benefit plan(s). The MARC team is tasked with implementing and supporting the MARC websites for these clients and their participants. Implementation and support of the MARC system includes ensuring that the participant data is accurately loaded into the system, documenting and setting up benefit calculations, creating/modifying existing MARC forms and reports, and testing the websites for functionality and accuracy. The Account Manager is responsible for managing their MARC clients and assigning tasks to other team members. Location Candidates hired into this role may be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Milwaukee, WI on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered. If not located near the Milwaukee, WI area, remote applicants will be considered.
