The Opportunity: Registered Nurse, Multispecialty - Mass General Brigham Integrated Care (Salem, NH) Why This Role Is Important We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Nurse to partner with our clinical and non-clinical primary care and multispecialty staff to test out new ways of delivering exceptional care to our patients. This role is a unique opportunity to work on-site with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care, as well as remotely to support clinical coordination activities. The Nurse is an integral part of our diverse team, embracing our culture of well-being and kindness, and contributing to constant improvement. This role will be part of a team that will frequently prototype new ideas, including digital tools, care team roles, and workflows, that may be used in designing for the future of ambulatory care across Integrated Care.
