Description YAGEO group is seeking a Distribution Price Analyst in our Simpsonville, SC location. The Distribution Price Analyst supports the Americas Sales Team to build/enhance customer relationships, optimize quote response time, and maximize revenue potential in quoting and all other aspects of the position. Essential Functions: Single point of contact for Distribution price management Responsible for partnering with our Distributors to win business thru providing optimal price and delivery quotes based on customer requirements, market, and strategy Research and preparation of major Distribution quotes and pricing agreements Manage quote conversion to SFSD as well as taking an active role in the management of gross to net activities at the part number level. Tracking of quote conversion to order and analysis of won/lost business opportunities Sharing of any interaction and involvement with customers that might require Sales attention Conduct conference calls/meetings with the Sales Team and management reviewing account performance levels, quote response time, wins/losses, and leaner processing methods Maintain level of product knowledge, KEMET's Distribution Pricing system, and Oracle Participate in process improvement projects needed to create next generation quoting platforms Qualifications: Achieve and maintain rapport with KEMET's Distributor partners and provide them with unparalleled service Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and planning skills Strategic thinking and decision making skills Strong attention to detail Possess analytical ability to provide optimal price quotes and understanding of KEMET's part/product offerings Must be able to multitask in fast paced environment and be capable of working independently with minimal direction Experience and ability to excel working in team environment Analyze problems and determine solutions Broad knowledge of business administration Convey positive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude Education and Experience: 3-5 years customer service experience and/or AS degree in business This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
